RISK BEHAVIOUR PREVENTION
We strive to prevent all risk behaviours of children and adolescents, and
especially, among these, the use of licit and illicit drugs. The pursuit of
this objective requires education among youth, and awareness raising and training
among the adults who interact with them.
In view of the increasing number of youth who consume psycho active drugs,
it is necessary to work as priority on avoiding the evolution from occasional
use to abuse, and from abuse to dependence. This second objective necessitates
an appeal to the system of general laws, in particular the educational and
social ones, and also to interventions more specialised in providing access
to care.
