This follow-up Programme further supports systematic, sustainable capacity-building within CEECs by assisting each nation in developing materials in areas that they identify as high priority.
The networks of key administrators and practitioners, which were established in DRSTP I, have been a starting point for this work. Some of the lecturers and consultants involved in DRSTP I have continued to take part in this second phase. A Management Committee, made up of representatives from two partner countries, the donor countries, the European Commission, ILO, UNDCP and WHO, monitors the Programme.
